No, seriously, it's just a duplicate of issue 3117

You are probably right.
I set already optional "Depends on 3117".

Not a dup. This crashes on parsing. The cases in in issue 3117 are syntactically valid, and crash on semantic analysis.
Try wrapping each testcase in a template; then this still crashes but the 3117 cases compile.
