The Nexus Disc Sharer is at the heart of a Nexus network. The basic Disc Sharer has 4 ports and up to two expander boards can be add to give a total of 6 or 8 ports. The disc being shared is a 170MB Quantum Prodrive ELS. The Inmos IMST225-J25S processor controlls the communincations, there is one on the circuit board and one on the expander board. The ROM is labelled Krystal 2.07 Serial B0609 931123 1F24.
