Good Web Host?

I think it’s probably better for me to move to a new web host, so I’m taking suggestions for good ones. It should be close to the 6ドル price range.

    It has no SSH, SVN, and IIRC, it has no Python, Ruby, Perl, etc.

    What about dreamhost?

    or as you probably know google’s appengine supports java which let’s you use php too(not all functions but most of them I think).

    I love http://www.1and1.com web hosting the beginner plan is 4ドル a month and you get a free domain and 25 subdomains. It works great with php and really has 99.9% up time like it claims.
