For more than 20 years Adam F.C. Fletcher has been teaching people how to engage youth deeply. Nonprofits, government agencies and schools rely on Adam’s expertise daily. Working with more than 1,000,000 youth and adults in hundreds of communities, his hands-on, practical and impassioned approach has changed lives around the world.
Adam is the founder of two international movements focused on youth engagement and is focused on developing the theory and practice of engaging young people and supporting individuals, organizations and communities to change their own contexts. Adam supports schools, organizations, governments and communities to make the transformations that will allow them to achieve the deepest youth engagement. Adam works with each organization to co-design processes that shift the practices and cultures within organizations, as well as directly with youth and adults who serve them in order to generate better youth engagement by partnering with them to engage in their lives and the world we share today.
