Initial Evaluation
It usually starts with a phone call. We take the time to listen to your needs before we begin talking about bikes or frames. Your level of ability, budget and goals are important to our considerations.

Product Selection and Customization
Our team works with you to determine the best possible RAD solutions for your ride. Sometimes the best product for you isn’t one of ours, and we're OK with that. Often, we are able to arrange a demo at our home facility in Cornwall, Vermont, or through our network of professional dealers across North America.

Shipping and Fitting
Once you have purchased the bike, we'll assemble it here and ship it to you as "RAD Out of the Box" or find a dealer near you to put it together. We can even provide a virtual or in-person fitting session to do the fine-tuning. If your needs change after the purchase, we have a variety of parts and accessories to adapt the ride and keep you active and safe throughout the life of ownership.
Frame Running with RAD-Innovations
Frame Running (also known as RaceRunning) is an international disability sport in which children and adults with mobility constraints, such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson's, compete with running frames on an athletics track.

RAD RaceRunner running frames can also be used for recreation or rehabilitation. You can walk around the neighborhood and run with friends with more confidence and freedom.

Hase Pino - Camille's Tandem Bike

Camille has had Dravet Syndrome since she was a baby - a rare condition where she experiences epileptic seizures. When Camille wanted to ride bikes with her friends, her family turned to the adaptive cycling specialists at RAD-Innovations to fit her for a Hase Bikes Pino , an adaptive tandem.

The Hase Pino allows Camille to ride safely in the front of the bike in a custom recumbent seat with buckles. The upright rear stoker position allows a friend or family member to steer and stay in control.​
